Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options (availability may vary based on location).

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship nationwide within the United States.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options are available at checkout (2–3 business days).


International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.


Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and items.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
